Here are answers to the most common questions we receive
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website’s order tracking page or on the carrier’s website to see the current status and estimated delivery date.
For EU orders, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days. You can also track your order directly from your account dashboard.
We offer a 30-day return policy in compliance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account and go to “My Orders”
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Print the return label and attach it to your package
- Drop off at any designated carrier location
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, your order will be processed and cannot be modified. To change or cancel:
- Go to “My Orders” in your account
- Select the order you wish to modify
- Click “Change Order” or “Cancel Order”
If the cancellation option is no longer available, your order is already being processed. In this case, you can return the items once received.
