Return and Exchange Policy for GBDISCOUNT

1. Your Right to Withdraw (14-Day “Cooling-Off” Period)
If you are a consumer in the European Union (EU), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase contract for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- This means you can return any eligible product you’ve bought from us within this period without needing to justify your decision.
- This right to withdraw is in addition to your legal rights if the products are faulty or not as described.
2. Return Conditions & Eligibility
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be in its original condition. This means:
- Unused and Unwashed: The product must not have been used, installed, or damaged.
- Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging, including any labels, tags, and protective coverings.
- Complete Set: All parts, accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) that came with the order must be included. If the gift cannot be returned, we may deduct its value from your refund.
What is considered “Original Condition”?
Actions such as opening the packaging to inspect or trying on clothes to check the fit are considered necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods and do not invalidate your right to return.
3. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that, in accordance with EU law, the following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom-made jewelry).
- Sealed audio, video, or computer software that has been unsealed after delivery.
- Products which are, by nature, liable to deteriorate rapidly (e.g., perishable foods).
- Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (excluding subscription contracts).
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Notify Us
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day period via email at service@gbdiscount.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Step 2: Wait for Instructions
We will respond promptly with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send the package. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Step 3: Ship the Package
Please pack the items securely, include all original contents, and ship them to the address we provide in China. We strongly recommend that you:
- Use a trackable and insured shipping service.
- Keep the proof of postage receipt.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. Please follow the return process above and clearly state that you wish for an exchange. We will ship the new item to you once we receive and process the original return.
5. Cost of Return Shipping
- As our products are shipped from outside the EU, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to our designated address in Guangzhou, China.
- The initial shipping cost to deliver the product to you is non-refundable.
- If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival, we will fully cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately in such cases.
6. Refund Process
- After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- Please note that we can only refund the cost of the product(s). The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
